By using VistaFare (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these booking terms and all applicable aviation and consumer laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our phone booking services.
VistaFare is a travel assistance service that helps travelers locate and book airfare through live agents. We are not an airline. Final ticket issuance, schedule changes, baggage rules, and carriage are governed by the operating airline’s contract of carriage.
Many of our “Call-Only” deals are unpublished fares. These rates are exclusive and may include specific restrictions that our agents will disclose during your call, including change, cancel, and refund limitations.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that names, dates of birth, and travel documents match government-issued identification exactly. VistaFare is not responsible for boarding denials, airline penalties, or reissue costs caused by incorrect information provided by the traveler.
Fares shown on the Site are illustrative and subject to change until ticketed. Agents will confirm the final price, taxes, and conditions before payment. Availability can change rapidly, especially for last-minute and business/first-class inventory.
Payments are processed securely. By authorizing a booking, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all quoted charges.
Airline rules determine whether a ticket can be changed or refunded. See our Cancellation Policy for additional details. Service fees, when applicable, will be disclosed before you complete a booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VistaFare is not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, force majeure events, or third-party failures outside our reasonable control.
